Basic bay-level SCADA module for use in ‘ASCADA’ based Substation Automation or SCADA systems, in conjunction with FCCM/2or ASHIDA Station Controller.

Continuously monitors up to maximum 8 nos. of digital inputs and upto maximum 8 nos. of digital outputs with resolution of 1mS.

Any change in any status is recorded with a time-stamp with millisecond accuracy. This is stored in its internal FRAM till it is transferred to the station controller.

Modular design having different Status inputs and digital outputs.

Independent cards for measurement of status inputs each having 8 nos. opto isolated inputs and 8 nos. of control outputs.

Each card with independent micro controller.

Highly stable design. Not affected by hightension switchgear operations.
(i.e. switching disturbances).

ASCADA compatible, can accept ON / OFF command from master computer directly in digital serial format. RS232 or Multi-drop RS485.

The FRTU unit is designed using modular technology.
It consists one motherboard capable of accepting 2 independent FCCM5B cards.
